Guidelines and Mortgage Program Income Limits

To qualify you must be receiving your first mortgage through New Hampshire Housing. The cash assistance is provided as a zero percent, zero APR second mortgage that is due in full if you sell the property, refinance your mortgage, file for bankruptcy, and no longer live in the property as your primary residence, or after 30 years. Our program income limits are listed below:

Home First - Income and Purchase Price Limits 
Home Flex Plus - Incomes up to $167,800
Home Preferred Plus - Incomes up to 80% Area Median Income (AMI), as determined by Fannie Mae
Home Preferred Plus Over 80% AMI - Conventional financing for incomes exceeding 80% of the AMI up to $167,800
